The Quorn products are very good... a little pricy but worth it. The products are very versatile and can be used in all kinds of recipes.

Does anyone know about "Mindfulness Stress Reduction" courses
by Lady Lee ini have been going to a pain clinic and have enrolled in a mindfulness stress and pain management course.
my dr. there suggested it.
i have this odd feeling he thinks i don't really need it because i am pretty aware of what is going on and have a healthy attitude towards my pain.

Hi Lady Lee
We went through DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) with one of our daughters who was self harming at the time.
Actually, we did the course twice. The whole basis is mindfullness to reduce stress. A lot of emphasis on staying in the moment and distracting oneself from the discomfort. Well, acknowledging the pain and then distracting oneself to get relief. A combination of meditation and awareness of self and surroundings.
It was extremely helpful, she was able, over time, to completely stop cutting and get control over an eating disorder.
As for me, it helped me to deal with my own pain (RA) and I learned how to communicate my needs better to others. And be aware of other's needs.
For both my husband and myself, it helped us to be aware of our frustrations and taught us all how to help each other while still getting our own needs met.
All based on zen meditation of course. My JW husband didn't even blink when the instructor used Buddist temple bells to start and end the meditation.lol
I can see how this would be extremely beneficial for chronic pain. I can also see how your expertese would be an asset to the group.

Hi sacolton, Silent Night is one of my top favorites too
Firefox never lets me post videos
I'll try again in a bit. It was Sinead O'Conner singing Silent Night and another of her singing Ave Maria. Very, very beautiful.

Outlaw- yes, they are called deer whistles!
I live in an area where it is illegal to hunt the deer and we have a huge deer problem, the deer are bold, I had a huge buck run through our backyard at 3:00 PM. My daughter was playing in the yard at the time. Really unnerving.
Most people around here have the deer whistles on their vehicles and it really seems to help. You can get them for a few dollars at most auto parts stores.
Nothing is 100% effective, but these are worth a try.

by asilentone inwell, let me tell you about my experience in dating a married woman about a year ago or so, i was dating a married woman, she did not tell me that she was married, but i found about it and i told her that i know that she is married, then she decided not to see me.
she is really hot.
well recently, i learned that my recent date is actually married, but she is also really hot, should i keep my mouth shut not telling her that i know that she is married, so i can keep the relationship with her, i would not mind because i really like her..

You don't want a prudish answer? Okay then.
Please make sure you are using protection, you do not know who she has been with or is with now. Please get tested regularly for STDs, protection is not always enough. There is nothing like a gift that keeps on giving like a case of genital warts or hepatitis C
I disagree that she has to be unhappy with her husband. Women aren't always that different than men, especially younger women. She may just be a skanky ho. Or she may be testing the water to see if she can get a better catch while still hanging onto her husband "just in case " it doesn't turn out.
Do you really feel you could ever trust her at all? For anything?

Rorschach test for JWs
by 1914BS in(i think i spelt it right??).
99 out of 100 jws won't be able to spot the jest ---- why??.
because they are mentally conditioned thru 5 mind control meetings per week to ignore jests of any kind.. (the gb would never allow jests in the artwork).

There's 4 fingers at the bottom of the picture about three inches from the right side, near the stream coming out of the barrel. Somebody hanging on?
